 | | Set 5909
|

Does anyone have any ideas as to why it's so difficult (nearly impossible) to find set 5909? It's the set with the tan bi-plane with white wings and a little jeep-truck thing. I've managed to collect every other adventurers' set from 1998 except (...) (26 years ago, 18-Nov-99, to lugnet.adventurers)

I have the Amazon set. I like it a good amount. I love the little skeletons and it has one suspended by a chain with a 'trap' that drops it down a shaft into the room. The bridge 'collapses' into the water with the alligator and the Aztec (...) (26 years ago, 14-Nov-99, to lugnet.adventurers, lugnet.reviews)

(...) In my opinion, there isn't anything spectacular about the set. It has a few traps (falling bridge, hanging skeleton that drops down). A great review of a great set! I got one on sale for the equivalent of $40 US ($60 Cdn).
