  Re: Linestreamed racing zephyr

(...) Thanks for your comments JP and Soren. I was really going for a traditional steampunk style in this rather than a manga style so I'm glad you got that feel from it. Tim (19 years ago, 27-Feb-06, to lugnet.adventurers, FTX)

  Re: Linestreamed racing zephyr

It's a cool looking MOC Tim. It has something of these old racing cars, in shape of cigars, rockets, etc... The fish design has something of the water drop perfect shape for aerdynamics - great feel of speeeeeeeed! Thanks for sharing, JP. (19 years ago, 25-Feb-06, to lugnet.adventurers, FTX)

  Re: Linestreamed racing zephyr

That's a cute little sucker. Unlike a lot of steampunk stuff I think it captures the retro-tech vibe perfectly, especially the engine. Soren (19 years ago, 24-Feb-06, to lugnet.adventurers, FTX)

(...) That is the TARDIS (Time And Relative Dimensions In Space) from the TV program 'Doctor Who'. Recently revived by the BBC it's an excellent time travel TV series – the TARDIS is the time machine - it is disguised as a police telephone box from (...)   Re: Cthulego Rising

(...) Very nice diorama, even if it's a bit crowded. I am wondering what's with the blue "telephone booth" in the centre? Christian (19 years ago, 1-Feb-06, to lugnet.adventurers, FTX)

  Re: Cthulego Rising

(...) Wonderful diorama you have there, Mark! I love all the colours you've incorporated into the scene. My favourite detail is your simulated ocean waves! -Bryan (19 years ago, 31-Jan-06, to lugnet.adventurers, FTX)

  Re: Cthulego Rising

(...) The irony of using Jar-Jar's head to build a Cthulego monster boggles my tiny brain... Great diorama. Brian Durney (19 years ago, 31-Jan-06, to lugnet.adventurers, FTX)

  Cthulego Rising

Since my dark ages ended I've been meaning to build this. A MOC where the LEGO Adventurers meet H.P. Lovecraft’s Cthulhu Mythos. Cthulego is born!   Dirk MacGrean in his Dark Green racer
