Re: First pics of my pyramid

(...) for a wish to TLC. Wouldn't it be glorious if Town and Adventurers could merge a little more with a 1920-1930s theme ("shameless plug inserted here for TLC to aquire an Indiana Jones license") sort of like the streets of Cairo, Egypt and (...)   Re: First pics of my pyramid

I've looked at that idea, but doesn't have the angle that I want for the pyramid, plus it would take more bricks, and it's going to be hard enough to get the bricks I need for this one. (...) (23 years ago, 19-Nov-01, to lugnet.adventurers)

Re: First pics of my pyramid and such

This is a big undertaking, but looks like it is well on it's way to being great. I look forward to see the finished product, and the interior. I'm very happy builders are keeping the REAL adventurers alive. Also, I want to say "Mark, I had NO idea (...) (23 years ago, 15-Nov-01, to lugnet.adventurers)

Re: First pics of my pyramid

Ah yes, it will have all sorts of goodies inside. :) If you look at the big picture of the whole pyramid, or what's done, you'll see two rows of bricks two bricks high. That is the seam between the two halves, which connect via technic pins. So (...) (23 years ago, 2-Nov-01, to lugnet.adventurers)

Re: First pics of my pyramid

(...) Why don't you put in a hinge on one side so that you can open up the pyramid? Then you could build all kinds of rooms and passages inside. Of course, that might make it an even longer-term project! Keep up the good work, it's always good to (...) (23 years ago, 2-Nov-01, to lugnet.adventurers)

  First pics of my pyramid

Hello, I'm currently building a pyramid, but it is a long term type project as I can only order so many tan bricks at a time. Plus I'm testing out my new digital camera, so I took some pictures of it. (URL) (23 years ago, 2-Nov-01, to lugnet.adventurers)

  Young Ankylosaurus

I was looking at the new Fall 2001 Lego Shop-at-Home Catalog and came across the new dinosaurs on page 24.
