I think you may be overdramatizing. news is my primary interface for now
(although the web interface keeps getting better, there's one feature it
lacks that prevents me from using it as my primary interface, and that
feature will be tough to implement) so I see everything. I suspect there
are a lot of people in the same camp.
And calling Lugnet political seems a huge huge stretch. PARTS of it may
be, but that's just a sign of growing up. Meanwhile there's lots of
conversation going on (in lots of different languages) that isn't.
