Heh, no. :)

Man, I must not have made myself clear. I don't mean Todd shouldn't
express himself or his opinions as much as he wants.
Mainly, what I'm trying to say is that Todd needs to understand
that even if HE thinks he's coming across 100% purely as personal
Todd, others may not see it that way. And if the main thing that
indicates he IS personal Todd is an e-mail address most don't
notice, well.... I'd say it's obvious that it ain't working. If
even a few people don't make the distinction, then the effort to
make it is wasted.
Now I'd say something like a sig from his @personal account that
said something about these being personal messages, not meant as
indications of policy, yada, yada, yada would go a long way to
making it OBVIOUS that the person writing the message is personal
Todd and not Admin Todd.

Maybe. But it would be a lot easier for one person (Todd) to insert
a little "Hey, it's me - non-Admin Todd" funny sig in each message
than it would be for hundreds or thousands of people to read every
message and check to see which address it came from, don't you
think? :)
