Wow! I had to search around even to find that feedback address. Since I rarely
visit the front page (it’s pretty much useless IMO) I never would have found it
tucked away down at the bottom there.
I would have tried admin at LUGNET dot com since I don’t know what the breakdown
in admin responsibilities are. According to the
suggestion list that e-mail
doesn’t work 100% of the time anyway and might have been a mistake.
I think the addresses are easy enough to find, but which one would a person
choose to use? You should either list out the specific responsibilities of each
admin so that readers know which address to choose, or create new addresses that
several admins have access to. Tech at LUGNET dot com being a possibility for
technical assistance. Heck, why not timeout at LUGNET dot com for timeout
e-mails? The options for offline communication seem a little fuzzy when I try to
view them from the uninitiated point of view.
