Good idea. However, the http://www.lugnet.com/news/groups/ page and its
subpage http://www.lugnet.com/news/groups/loc/ are going extinct soon...
so we'll need to find a better place to link to the traffic page from...maybe
we can link to it from the new homepage.
The /news/groups/ and /news/groups/loc/ pages, BTW, will be replaced by a
more general "site map" type of facility. And browsing will be much more
convenient and hierarchical due to some other changes.
