Yes! The little horizontal strip of flags against the black looks great!
I say bring' em back, with links to the .loc groups.
I also like how all of the concepts feature "top stories". This is
something that should be kept for those of us who don't/can't religiously
read any of the groups, but still want to keep up-to-date with hot topics
(like this one).
