Re: The Mystery of the non existent Hospital

(...) Wow, ya-mon, that looks a *lot* like a real set! Even looks like it's got a helicopter landing pad on the roof. Wouldn't it be cool if 626 (a 1978 set) was that helicopter? :-) --Todd (25 years ago, 1-Mar-00, to lugnet.town, lugnet.admin.database)

  Re: town jr. scans

(...) ok, we'll make some trials, and give you some options... :) btw, we uploaded some pics last night (I think 5 sets?)... just FYI. :) Dan (25 years ago, 1-Mar-00, to lugnet.admin.database)

  Re: town jr. scans

(...) Ya, how about a composite, if it's easy to stick them together and they line up nicely, otherwise two separate ones is fine and I'll figure out something. --Todd (25 years ago, 1-Mar-00, to lugnet.admin.database)

  town jr. scans

Well, we finally got our new scanner [1] and wanted to scan some more pics for the pause DB. We came across 6422 - and didn't know what to do. The set comes with two instruction sheets, like most town jr. sets. How should we scan those? a pic of (...) (25 years ago, 1-Mar-00, to lugnet.admin.database)

  1097 and 1099

We have scans of 1097 and 1099 which are listed in brickset but not in pause. We've already uploaded a pic of 1099. 1097 will be in the next batch.   Re: Differences with Trains

(...) ^^^...^^^ (...) Durrp, oops, I meant to say, US$129.99 was, TTBOMK, the original MSRP. --Todd (25 years ago, 26-Feb-00, to lugnet.admin.database)

  Re: Differences with Trains

(...) Actually, the DB shows $129.99, not $129.00. :-) US$129.00 was, TTBOMK, the original MSRP. (...) This looks like a S@H price in both cases. Anyone know what the original MSRP was for this set? (Probably was $129.99..?) (...) I'm guessing that (...) (25 years ago, 26-Feb-00, to lugnet.admin.database)

  Re: Differences with Trains

(...) *Most* of the Pause prices are U.S. MSRP --- suggested prices for retail stores in the USA. S@H is usually around 10% more expensive than local stores except in Hawaii. Some of the Pause prices are U.S. S@H prices, especially for those sets (...) (25 years ago, 26-Feb-00, to lugnet.admin.database)

  Differences with Trains

I've noticed a few differences between the train prices on Lugnet and the S@H catalog. Here are a the ones I found: (URL) shows it as $139.00 (US) and Lugnet shows $129.00 (URL) shows it as $149.00 and Lugnet show $144.00 Is this correct or does (...)   Re: set 1271 Jungle Surprise

(...) I'm guessing this is Adventurers set then? What copyright date is shown on the box? 2000 or 1999? Is the treasure piece really silver colored or is it gold colored?
