True, it doesn't take that much time to look up a member. The problem is
that every extra little step I have to do means I'm less likely to act right
away. So if you want the fastest service, follow our recommended process. If
you're willing to wait a while, the by all means be lazy. Of course we may
choose to ignore lazy requests.
