Hi Todd, I received an Out-of-office reply from someone who is subscribed via LUGNET's newsgroups per mail feature. This isn't really a problem but I noticed that the header generated by LUGNET contains the following line: "Precedence: list" however (...) (24 years ago, 5-Jan-01, to lugnet.admin.nntp)

I suggest that there be an optional feature for those reading LUGNET by mail to have the name of the newsgroup appear in the Subject: line, in the usual fashion. Todd, Last week, I unsubscribed myself from all the groups in favor of getting them via nntp. The e-mail subscription page indicates that I am not subscribed to any groups now. Hi, I'm currently subscribed to receive several lugnet.cad groups by e-mail. Works a treat and I get lots of mail. However, I now want to unsubscribe (and continue reading by NNTP). (...) Do you mean the (somewhat oldish) RMAIL mail reader in Emacs or the full news/mail reader Gnus? I find that Emacs/Gnus is great for reading LUGNET news groups off the NNTP server.
