Re: Contacting people who have said they want to buy.

(...) This might be a good item to add to the list of possible new features for lugnet. Each set could have a link near the list of people who'd like to buy the set that would mail the sublist of those people who have stated (either set by set, or (...)   Re: New announce.moc group needed? (Was: Bulk Lego Auctions)

(...) I check in every day, at least twice per day. Even when I had no net access during my recent move, I checked in via public library. Additionally, I receive all admin posts via e-mail which I read continuously as I work at home. I'm not sure (...) (23 years ago, 7-Jan-02, to lugnet.admin.general)

  Subscriptions not mailing...

I haven't gotten my complete list of subscribed e-mails from the LUGnet newsgroups for the past couple of days. I checked my subscrition list and out of 14 groups I signed up for, only 3 have been passed to my e-mail account. Some are granted, (...) (22 years ago, 6-Aug-02, to lugnet.admin.nntp)

  Re: Badgering emails

(...) Ok - but that doesn't change my point. It's out of YOUR control if Yahoo accepts messages from Larry's server. You'd have no way of knowing if it does or doesn't until you actually are sent one. On the other hand, you KNOW that mail from (...) (19 years ago, 24-Apr-05, to lugnet.admin.general)

  dot mecha curator request

We've been looking in dot mecha for an additional curator for a while. I was approached by Fradel Gonzales who requested to be a curator for the dot mecha group. I endorse him as a curator for dot mecha. I also sent mail to Suz and Todd, but wanted (...) (19 years ago, 3-Apr-06, to lugnet.admin.curators)

  Your favorite loc-group messages?

Which loc groups are having the most fun??? Send me your favorite URLs :) I've started a collection of "success stories" to point people to when they ask what the loc groups are for. Someday this will be a web page, or maybe a section in the FAQ. (...) (25 years ago, 5-Aug-99, to lugnet.general, lugnet.admin.general, lugnet.announce)

  Re: CFD: robotics sub-groups

(...) I'd be happy to provide mailing list resouces {and searchable archives} (as opposed to news services) free of charge for the new (if approved) sub-groups. I'm going to be out-of-town next week, but should be in range of e-mail. -abc (...) (26 years ago, 22-Jan-99, to lugnet.admin.general, lugnet.robotics)

  Line wrapping in DAT files.

Kevin B <kevinb01@netfocus.net> wrote in message news:FDFz59.6wp@lugnet.com... (...) Todd, Is there any possibility of curing this line-wrapping problem at the LUGNET end? This also means that the Mailing list will not work nor will you be able to send E-mail to any @nelug.org addresses. Fortunately I will be (...)
