Rokenbok Systems: Integration into a TLG World?

Hey all, This isn't really a "clone brand," but since it has elements designed for compatibility, and because I'm looking at buying it specifically for use in building a port for my Lego ships, I'm going to post my query here. OK, I've been hitting (...) (25 years ago, 19-May-99, to lugnet.off-topic.clone-brands)

  Bricks in alternate colors

Dear Lego, How about making a bulk tub with alternate colors of bricks. Right now you make a bulk tub (3033) with bricks in red, blue, yellow, white, green & black. Each color comes with about 240 bricks, except green & black which have about 120 (...) (25 years ago, 19-Aug-99, to lugnet.dear-lego)

Re: Chrome Queen's ship (was Re: 15 lbs and counting)

(...) I must have missed the whole silver brick trading thing. Was there really a big noise about the silver bricks? The train people are always carrying on about how cool it would be to make a chrome train. Anyway, I was just curious about the (...) (25 years ago, 24-May-99, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: I only have on thing to say...

[Steve] (...) This leads me to an odd question: Is it possible to electroplate/"chromize" Lego bricks oneself? Seeing as how TLG's chrome is merely a veneer, maybe an enamel, is it possible? LFB. (25 years ago, 25-May-99, to lugnet.starwars)

  New Low Sloped Roof Pieces.

Where should I center this one?

I'm trying to decide where to set the origin for the SW hinge pieces. Normaly I would center a hinge piece on its rotation axis, to make it easy to rotate the hinge.
