| | My 3D Animation Diary (Was: The Minifig Macro)
| DAY 1, 20:00 Posted the following question to Lugnet. "I have POV-Ray 3.1 and 3.5, ML-Cad, L3Lab, L3P, L3PAO, and of course the LDraw package on a PC with AMD1100, 256 Mb RAM and a very old video adapter. What more do I need to make animations like (...) (20 years ago, 2-Mar-05, to lugnet.cad.ray, lugnet.animation)

| | Please critique my truss designs
| Greetings, Technic builders! I have been very impressed with the giant bridges and cranes that you folks can build. Now I am working on a model that requires a truss. The model is minifig scale, so I care about the look of the truss, as much as its (...) (20 years ago, 8-Mar-05, to lugnet.technic, FTX)

| | Detroit's Fisher Building in minifig scale.
| I just finished a very large Lego minifig scale replica of the Fisher Building, a 28 story skyscraper in Detroit, Michigan. This structure will be displayed as part of the MichLUG train display at GATS in Novi Michigan, March 5th and 6th, 2005. (...) (20 years ago, 17-Feb-05, to lugnet.town, FTX) !!

| That's nice! Time to dump those big front L & R speakers for some small ones and a sub-woofer, though. :-) I especially like the first pic in the folder, the way the screen reflects the background, just like a true big-screen TV.
