Since I didn't even have a mock-up for the new hinges, I just used a 1X2 brick and a 1X2 plate with hinges on top of each other to represent them. I quickly retract my opinion- now that I've opened the image in photoshop and tweaked the color balance to reduce the red saturation, the bricks do indeed look blue. OK, I bought it. Payed 700,- for the 4564 and a complete 6614. Also got a 6856, but I do'nt now if it is complete yet. Got some other parts too. Aprox. 150 parts. The 4564 lacks 3 big doors on the blue car, two blue 1x1 bricks with handle, one (...) (25 years ago, 15-Apr-99, to lugnet.trains)

(...) Like I wrote before, Anakin's Pod Racer set is 134 pieces, and that includes extra pylons and a pit droid and another minifig. So the pod itself may be about 110 pieces. I think if the choice for TLG was to scale the cockpit down by putting one minifig behind another or to skip the MF altogether and miss out on a sure winner, they would chose the former. Are their _any_ Lego space sets (or town for that matter) (...) (25 years ago, 19-Apr-99, to lugnet.starwars)
