  LUGNET 10th Anniversary

Hi all, I had been notified about this earlier but unfortunately missed the date as well: Widely unnoticed, LUGNET had it's 10th anniversary (if counted from the 1st news post logged in the system) on September 28th, 2008. I would like to take this (...) (16 years ago, 30-Sep-08, to lugnet.announce) !!

  Re: BR 9F steam engine

(...) You're welcome! I really can't emphasize how much I love this MOC. It inspires me to build steam but at the same time I am discouraged because you've set the bar so high. And shortly after making my post I realized that it is indeed 7 wide, (...) (16 years ago, 30-Sep-08, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.build, FTX)

need to make a 15 degree angle

anyone know of a part or combination of parts that would make a 15 degree angle, similar to the way 30365 and 30364 (locking hinge bricks) work. I would use those but they only stop at every 22.5 degrees. It wouldn't have to be a compact part(s) (...) (16 years ago, 30-Sep-08, to lugnet.parts)

  Re: Slope Brick 1x1

(...) Why does the follow-up go to the Robotics group? This is a CAD / LDraw issue, so it should be lugnet.cad.dat.parts. (My mistake in the first place to post it to lugnet.cad ;-) (16 years ago, 29-Sep-08, to lugnet.cad)

GOOGLEGO.info beta site for info on all things LEGO

Well cats out of the bag, better show what I’m also working on now so we do not have more over lap. I’m working on GOOGLEGO.info website. Basically anything LEGO related, show, events, clubs, challenges, media, leagues, and more would be listed and (...) (16 years ago, 29-Sep-08, to lugnet.announce, FTX)

How to determine the value of these minifigs from Republic Cruiser?

Hey all, Finally ordered the Republic Cruiser from S@H because they never showed up in any stores near me and I really wanted the dark red parts bonanza it contained. However, it seems that no one is selling any of the mini-figs on Bricklink. I'd (...) (16 years ago, 29-Sep-08, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Gronlif’s Magic Forest

A late congrats post. This is some excellent work JoJo. Brilliantly lavish landscaping, a nice integrated dwelling, well furnished, some nice construction details, and an all round well scaled MOC. Very good work! God Bless, Nathan (16 years ago, 18-Sep-08, to lugnet.castle, FTX)

Re: SSPP: To keep or not?

Tobbe, I think the SSPP contest is great, but perhaps not attractive to some people. It's a great challenge to make anything capable of pulling weight, but it is very limiting. I think it's more attractive to have a contest that would result in a (...) (23 years ago, 30-Mar-02, to lugnet.technic)

The New Expanded Lego Collectors Guide on CD

About 3 months ago I posted an announcement for LEGO Ambassadors about getting the new 1,500 page Unofficial LEGO Sets/Parts Collectors Guide on CD.
