Todd posted some good ideas but what you did was fine too. I've spoken out in the past about various types of auctions being "better" for the seller or for the buyer or the community but in the final analysis it's your stuff, you can sell it off as (...) If you called it "newsflash" perhaps it would carry the "it should be newsworthy" connotation that "news" does *without* the connotation that it is somehow related to newsreaders and nntp. Yes 1/2 rev/sec is about right, the micromotor is geared down a lot. That's why it's so noisy. It's good as a power source for animations, etc as you don't need a separate gear train.
