| (...) I'm not sure why its yellow. Many of the medieval castles that I remember seeing in central Europe were brown/tan/red instead of gray, depending on the local stone supply. Yellow may have been closest to what they thought was the right color. (...) (23 years ago, 22-Jan-02, to lugnet.castle)

| (...) Maybe. OTOH, if we want to pursue this train of thought, it's now or never. Once these files get released, things are pretty much set in stone. And the number of characters should not be a deterrant. We just have to be clear about which codes (...) (22 years ago, 22-Apr-02, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

| Yeah, I've been saying for the longest time that MARTA needs to go from hub and spoke system to a series of loops... imagine MARTA's east line runing up to Stone Mountain, out to Snellville/Lawrenceville, to Duluth, then right along 85 to Doraville (...) (22 years ago, 6-Mar-03, to lugnet.trains)

| | Re: Micro Scale Notre Dame Cathedral

| (...) Very nice. Especially pleasing to me is the mixing of new and old gray. I do it a very often and just love the effect. So many stone type buildings have different hues to them and I think the mixture of the two grays ads realism. Excellent. (...) (18 years ago, 29-Jan-07, to lugnet.build.microscale)
