Re: Color Definition for Dull Silver

(...) A quick clarification on this. My post above was poorly worded in that it implies that this number definition was already chisled in to stone (thanks for pointing this out Steve). My intention with this pat was to open the idea up to (...) (21 years ago, 23-Sep-03, to lugnet.cad.dev, lugnet.cad.ray)

(...) And you think the new colours won't be compatible with old? Several people have already said they can imagine the stone effects, etc that they could achieve. I'm thinking of different segments, armour plating etc that I could use on my Space (...) (21 years ago, 20-Nov-03, to lugnet.general, FTX)

  Hagrid's Hut, My Moc Revised

Hello to all! I've adjusted my Hagrid Hut MBFPAOTW (Moc Build From Pics Available On The Web) with the light gray roof pieces and the stone imprinted corner walls. You can view them here: (URL) let me know what you think. Thanks and happy building! (...) (21 years ago, 13-Mar-04, to lugnet.harrypotter)

Brick Built Beasts volume 2 - fantastic beasts

Hi all, I've made a second volume of my Brick-Built-bestiary, this one devoted to fantastic beasts--giant scorpions, centaurs, mermen, stone golems, and the big daddy of them all, dragons. There are also dinosaurs and sci-fi creatures that would be (...) (20 years ago, 15-Jun-04, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.castle) !

Re: Top Ten Revelations about the upcoming Star Wars DVD

(...) Hmm... How shall I write this in a family friendly way? Way back in 1983 I read an article (in Rolling Stone, I believe) in which Ms. Fisher lamented that she would move one way but the costume would move another. If memory serves, she was (...) (...) I'm not a castle guy, but this is very impressive. I like the inclusion of water and trees as natural elements. The building style incorporating stone and wood buildings is very nice. And of course the inclusion of all the little details like (...) (19 years ago, 13-Jun-05, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.pirates, FTX)

  Timber trestle crossing water

Prototype question: When a timber trestle bridge crosses water, is it usual to have the timber bents permanently submerged? Or is it usual to have stone or concrete piers supporting the trestle bents? I've tried google, but can't find a clear (...) (19 years ago, 27-Aug-05, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

Rims of the Ferrari 8:1 (8674)

Hello to you all, Have you noticed the strange coloring of the rims of the 8674 Ferari race car? The rims are stone gray or blueish light gray. The outer side, which you see when looking at the wheel does have an aluminium colored paint. the inside (...) (18 years ago, 9-Aug-06, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.color)

Re: Castle Gate and Castle Corner Tower

Unfortunately, they also make it prohibitivly expensive to make a whole castle/town. (...) (20 years ago, 9-Oct-04, to lugnet.castle)
