Re: What camera do you guys use?

(...) Well, this has an AC input jack and a hotshoe, if that's what you mean... (...) The high ISO was very interesting, and I can't wait until I get the camera. (In one or two months, hopefully!) I'm going to try using a few cheap slave flashes (...) (21 years ago, 8-Jul-03, to lugnet.publish.photography, FTX)

  Orange hands

I was wondering if orange minifig hands exist. I just got a jack-o-lantern head, and I'd like to make an entire pumpkin man, but I don't think it would look as sweet with yellow hands. Or red hands. Or any color other than orange. If anyone knows, (...) (21 years ago, 19-Aug-03, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

  Re: External power supply ?

(...) There was a rumour that 2.0 would have a power jack, which proved to be false when it came out. Personally I also sometimes use a stabilized 9V 1.5A supply, but as the others said, be careful with that. Jürgen (21 years ago, 26-Nov-03, to lugnet.robotics)

(...) So that's what it's like to be an Ohioan! (...) =@= I have just received the following wire from my generous Daddy. It says, ''Dear Jack: Don't buy a single vote more than is necessary. I'll be damned if I am going to pay for a landslide.' (...) (19 years ago, 4-Aug-05, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw, FTX)

  Re: 8860 Scissors lift

(...) I recently needed a compact rotary->linear motion converter and tried the electric piston referenced above. It works great for small loads, but if you try to apply any force the bushings slide on the axels. So I modified the design slightly. I (...) (23 years ago, 21-May-01, to lugnet.technic)

  Dual Coaxial power jacks?

I am new to the Handy board and Mine is in the starting phases of construction. I would like to ask the more experienced roboticist. 1. Why is there a power jack on both the Handy board and the charger? does the Interface need power? and if there is (...) (26 years ago, 20-Jan-99, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

  Re: Upgrading CyberMaster ideas

(...) I'd guess you could simply remove or disconnect them and make a jack connector point for regular 9V gear motors. This to me sounds easier than wholesale mutilation. BTW, Hi, I'm Dan'l, new on the list. Probably won't have my RCX for quite a (...) (26 years ago, 12-Nov-98, to lugnet.robotics)

Steven and Rogers just make sure that when you use the jack on the RCX use an adapter that LEGO makes like the one that comes with the train controller. This one is also designed for the RCX. A while back this information was posted on lugnet. Do a (...) (25 years ago, 21-Dec-99, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.robotics.rcx)

  External power source connector
