| (...) eBay seems not to discourage THOSE because they only work at the eBay site. What eBay does NOT want are the crawlerbots that collate listings from eBay and other sites. They haven't internalised that if the crawlerbot shows they have most of (...) (25 years ago, 13-Oct-99, to lugnet.market.theory)

| | LEGO Pirates! D-Day Approaches!

| There has been a great discussion, about the optimizing with clipping topic, but it seems IMHO that people are forgetting simplicity is the best. | (...) Tom, your new creations are cool. I like the waffle pattern. I think I can imagine how the wheels slide on your 44 ton loco. That's a nice solution, and I look forward to seeing details of it. Regarding 8-wide... noooooooo. Into the deep you (...) (24 years ago, 28-Nov-00, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.trains.org.wamaltc)

| (...) Actually I'm glad. One of my nightmares is a sniping 'bot which will make it impossible for normal human beings ever to win an auction. Sniping programs already exist though I don't know exactly what they do or how. Of course, eBay would (...) (25 years ago, 13-Oct-99, to lugnet.market.theory)

| I've been using MLCAD for my work on the Tantive IV (see link). I need to attach the side flaps at about 33 degrees offset. MLCAD seems to only let me do 45 and 90 degree offsets. Any one the way around this? All help is much appreciated! Pat J (URL) (25 years ago, 20-Oct-99, to lugnet.cad)

It's effect is NOT local, when you are looking from the renderer program's view, because it has to keep track of the current invert state. The INVERT meta-command only (...)
