  Re: GMLTC at GATS?

(...) The next show we're scheduled to do is in La Crosse, Wisconsin, the weekend of March 18th & 19th (I think - it might be the 11th & 12th). That's the only confirmed show we have for 2000 so far... We've been talking about scrapping large (...) (25 years ago, 12-Jan-00, to lugnet.org.us, lugnet.trains, lugnet.loc.us.mn)

(...) Blame that on 'el cheapo' shareware software that we used to create the thumbnails. We want to completely rewrite the website - just because I've owned the domain name for 2+ years doesn't mean we work on it very often! <grin> We'll probably (...)   Re: GMLTC layout 'show' pictures

(...) Nothing that complicated - we used our regular tables (40"x60"), Conan threw together some simple plywood boxes to get up to track height on each end of the layout. (16+ bricks on the low end, 24+ bricks on the high end.) We put a simple loop (...) (23 years ago, 19-Oct-01, to lugnet.trains.org)

  Re: New LEGO train realism?

(...) The compatability issue is actually a moot point at the moment for the new GMLTC layout for a couple of reasons: 1.) GMLTC is switching to 8x44 stud rolling stock which will most likely be large to fit around corners, tunnels, bridges, towns (...) (25 years ago, 23-Mar-00, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.trains.org)

Pics from GMLTC layout in La Crosse, WI

(URL) The GMLTC once again showed our layout at the annual La Crosse and Three Rivers show in La Crosse, WI last weekend. We won the "People's Choice" award voted on by show attendees.   GMLTC Layout

I think this was the idea you are going for the first pic is the whole layout, and reading the other threads I wonder how we can do it differently? (URL) might be worth trying to modify the idea a bit to make it work for us. Andrew Reynolds (25 years ago, 18-Jan-00, to lugnet.loc.us.mo)

GMLTC at the NMRA National Convention
