Here's a polybag-sized scooter using 17 pieces plus the minifig. If the three parts were removed from the bottom of the craft (not visible in photos), the parts count could be reduced to 14. I don't usually frequent this newsgroup, so I don't know if this has been posted before, but has anyone ever taken pictures of the minifig-scale displays at the MOA? I've sold some and added others, so here's an updated list: Sets are all complete except where noted. Please note some have instructions and some don't. I've been developing technology for building large mecha (28 inches) with technic skeletons and gear driven joints over the last couple of months after messing around with Star Wars designs.
