I would say that until bulk ordering is up and going full speed we need the parts packs. At the moment the parts packs are offering pieces (doors, windows, minifig accessories, corner roof pieces, a larger selection of plates) that are not available (...) Scans of the Arctic theme minifigs are now up on the Locker 99 minifig reference site at (URL) usual, there are scans of the figures in "full dress" (i.e. with their hoods) on the main Arctic page, and scans of them "nekkid", so that all the head (...)
