Re: Lego Warcraft would be soooo cool...

(...) Yeah, I remember my favorite mesh for Quake II was of a Lego minifig. It was great to see that yellow smiley face staring at you as he was launching rockets in your direaction. Tony (25 years ago, 14-Apr-00, to lugnet.gaming, lugnet.games)

  Re: Looking for 6718 6746 6748 6766

(...) Thanks for the info Pete. I could probably use a couple more 6718s; what other sets are left in your typical Westen nest (apart from minifig packs)? An AUD70 6766 would be pretty tempting though. On a totally separate note, I reckon the bison (...) (25 years ago, 14-Apr-00, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.build.minifigs)

  Re: Blacktron Minifig Design

(...) The coolest design I've come up with is to take a Spyrius torso (they are one of the best Space torsos) and give it blue hands and blue hips and a black helmet with red visor. It makes a really cool looking SPI minifig. Greg Majewski (URL) (24 years ago, 20-May-00, to lugnet.space)

(...) I'll second that, it was a good couple of hours of fun, and awesome bargains too. James, you're a scammer, and we love it!!!! 7144 was an added bonus.   Super mini quick review of Football sets 3403, 3408, and 3409

I just picked up the new Football sets 3403, 3408, and 3409! I haven't built them yet, so this is just a mini-review of what you get in each one. 3403 Fan's Grandstand (name from receipt) $14.99 3 minifigs (green player #10 w/smiley face, plain red (...)   Re: Looking for sets for girls

(...) I go for trains and castle and town sets. I saw some of the other posts about what would be good for girls. I don't think it would make much of a collection to go hunting down 10 year old sets from the late 80's-early 90's that were promoted (...) (25 years ago, 8-Apr-00, to lugnet.general)

  Free keychain from Shop-at-Home?

I came home today and found an interesting package in the mail, and was wondering if anyone had received something similar.   Re: Star Wars Lego display

Comparing the display pictures to my Stormtrooper minifig with the "Luke in Stormtrooper" removable helmet, I can say with conviction that the helmets used in this display were not from that action figure.   Re: Need references

Well, okay, I guess I assumed we were talking about standard gauge, seeing as how LEGO gauge is even *wider* to scale than standard gauge, so how could you possibly model NG in minifig scale using LEGO track. You can't. I guess I should have (...) (25 years ago, 12-Apr-00, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: Blue torso

(...) I think there might have been a trial size polybag from 1996-97 that had a plain blue torso. I know there was a plain green torso in a polybag; he was the first honorary "take your favorite minifig to work day" mascot. (25 years ago, 11-Apr-00, to lugnet.general)
