| I just posted to the Brickshelf Gallery my minifig scale version of the well known Star Wars T-65C X-Wing fighter. This design was heavily influenced by the Ultimate Collector Series 7191. It is a different challenge building details into minifig (...) (24 years ago, 3-Jan-01, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.general) !!

| | First minifig with non standard grin?

| Does anybody know what was the first minifig face (not including the standard grin)? I was having a look around the usual resources and the lowest numbered set with a non-standard grin face is 6235 from 1989 which has the moustache and stubble (...) | Matt's recent post got me thinking ... I wonder what the minifig population at various LEGOfests is? I wonder if there's a good way to estimate it - ie have people who want to participate conduct a census of their MOCs and total them all together? (...)
