(...) too late! it's long gone, but i'm using a partially curved staircase in my present moc and have improved on it to make it stronger. the staircase in the cliff house was extremely fragile and more often than not fell over when i removed the 3rd (...) (...) quite sturdy, it's travelled quite well to two different locations and while others things (especially trees and baseplates) have fallen apart, the staircase remains intact. it's an improvement on a previous model (see cliffhouse in brickshelf (...) (...) here in canada, there is a furniture chain called "the brick". ottawa is a quasi-bilingual city. as you might have guessed, in french, "brique" also means brick. the pun she may also have been referring to was the "herd" of cows - pictures yet (...)
