Re: New MOC - Purple Haze

(...) Thanks! I try. (...) It's undergunned anyway; you can't reasonably capture another craft from this one, and dead bounties pay no bills :) (...) Thanks again. That's what I'm shooting for. Soren (21 years ago, 7-Feb-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: New Technic crane

Steven makes an excellent point here. The Bionicle hook could not be more out of place. It looks ridiculous on an otherwise nice looking design/model. As for the color issue, I will beat that dead horse a bit more. There is a significant quantity of (...) (21 years ago, 5-Feb-04, to lugnet.dear-lego)

Well I got my set a few days ago and have been playing with them to see how well they fit in. First of all, quality is very good! Color matches almost perfectly, the Technic axle fits perfect, the hole for the Technic pin is also perfect size, all (...) (21 years ago, 5-Feb-04, to lugnet.trains)

(...) Perfectly agreed--SH's finagling and ousting inspectors and flaunting UN resolutions was a terrible thing. No one has ever stated that SH wasn't a tyrannical dictator with much blood on his hands. But at the time in question--from just before (...) (21 years ago, 6-Feb-04, to lugnet.off-topic.debate)
