  Re: Engine noise

(...) Yes, last year I got set 183 still sealed in box and after bringing it to work the engine made a terrible noise too. Just a (small) drop of fine oil has healed it. That should work with your motor too. Regards, Ben (24 years ago, 19-Sep-00, to lugnet.trains)

Re: Interesting Article about LEGO collecting

(...) That's nearly right, but I have found a good way to take things apart without destroying them: Use an old fork (it might bend a little) and put it with some force behind the wheel. Do it that way, that the plastic pin is lying in the gab (...) (24 years ago, 19-Sep-00, to lugnet.general)

  Please help identify this brick

I have found a printed brick, which I have never heard of, on a fleamarket in northern Germany. Please let me know, if you know anything about this brick and the set it might belong to. (URL) Regards, Ben (24 years ago, 2-Oct-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.promo)

(...) brick, which I would date into the 90ies, maybe from the late 80ies. The bottomside of the brick shows tubes, like they are still in use. The tubes in the 70ies have looked different from that. Anyway. thanks for your response. Leg Godt! Ben (24 years ago, 3-Oct-00, to lugnet.promo)

  Re: New MOCs

(...) I'm amazed how fast you bring out new stuff online! And even more I was amazed about your beautiful crane waggon in 8-wide. One of the best train creations I have ever seen (if it only was 6-wide).... Leg Godt! Ben (24 years ago, 3-Oct-00, to lugnet.trains)

(...) here again: great model Holger! I think we all look forward to see more of your highly detailed creations. If your first attempt was such successful, how will your MOCs be, when you are better trained? "Leg Godt!" Ben (24 years ago, 6-Oct-00, to lugnet.trains)
