Everyone - This has been a very good discussion on the LSC proposal so far. I have drafted a new version, 0.7, which attempts to clear up the confusion and ambiguity, and also adds in many peoples' suggestions. I've changed the references regarding (...) (CP to .castle because they were interested about the gems) I got my Belville 5824s today, so here's an update on what each contains: (for $9 only!) 3 white fabuland fences 2 white trellises (sp?) 1 white rabbit 2 orange carrots w/green rods (...) Interesting discussion. It just raised a parallel issue which gives us a precedent to look at. That precedent is auctions.   Moutor Output Circuit
 
It seems we fried our motor output circuit quite nicely. We've replaced the L293D chips and we replaced the 74HC374 with the 74HC374E that came with our expansion board.
