This is a new skysraper I built from large numbers of clear pieces (primarily 1x6x5 panels). It features a tall office block, monorail station, and restaurant. (URL) Here is a link to the main Bricktopia site: (URL) (13 years ago, 24-Dec-11, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.build, FTX) !

Re: Appreciating what TLG and Lego Direct have done for AFOL's

(...) Duh! I forgot there was an easy way to tell the years for black vs. gray. Here is a 1961 Austrian Catalog that shows bricks in red, white, blue, yellow and clear, but no black. It also shows the 10x20 baseplate comes in gray (yes that is gray, (...) (20 years ago, 24-Nov-04, to lugnet.color)

Richie, I never accused you of being a Nazi, nor do I think you one. I want to be clear on that. I simply found your MOC tasteless and not funny. It spurred my hasty post calling for deletion.
