"LEGO Serious Play is an adult learning tool centered around play
with the purpose of uncovering insights about your business."

What is the point of this sight?

To me it seems intended to build interest in an offering: "an adult learning
tool"... that is, perhaps a seminar which you have key people attend, in
which LEGO is used as a tool to drive discovery. Discovery of "insights
about your business"

That much is clear, from the blurb that C posted and from the rest of the
site. What's not clear is how long it takes and how much it costs, and who
are good candidates to attend. At least not yet.

I've worked in management consulting sorts of engagements (usually as the
token techie in attendance) and using play is often a good way to perform
exercises on cooperation or teambuilding or get new ideas to emerge.

Even as simple a thing as just having bricks out for people to play with
during brainstorming meetings can sometimes be effective. (but more often is
highly distracting)
