|
| Sometimes I forget why I build trains; what started it all for me. 12 years old. John, that's how old I was when I received my most favoured LEGOR(R) train set-- set #7740. I'd lived in England at age 11-- saw the 7740 and gray era 4.5v/12v trains (...) (23 years ago, 12-Feb-02, to lugnet.trains)

| Looks like my friend from Sweden Elin Overnas had the old castle. If you haven't seen it yet, go now :) (URL) along with Dan Jezek's Skull Kragg keep got me back into building. Anyone have THAT one on their computers? Also, be sure to check out some (...) (24 years ago, 26-Mar-01, to lugnet.castle)

| | Old sets being sold in new guise?
|
| Hi! I don't know if this has in any way been discussed anywhere yet, but it seems TLC has reissued a couple of old sets in new packaging and under new set numbers. Apparently they will come into the shops in September and can now be preordered at (...) (23 years ago, 19-May-01, to lugnet.market.shopping) !!

| Very nice design. I don't have access to old style pneumatic cylinders, but was thinking of doing something similar with the new double acting cylinders. Because I don't have a check valve in the new pneumatics that would allow me to store vacuum, I (...) (23 years ago, 10-Mar-02, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.robotics)
