  Re: Gathering Saturday

Sounds great. 2:00 works fine for me. I'll (try to) bring my latest building-in-progress, which likely means I'll have a hefty bag full of white bricks that imploded on the way over to Raleigh... The trade-fest sounds fun. I'll definitely bring (...) (24 years ago, 23-Mar-01, to lugnet.loc.us.nc)

Re: 6085 Black Monarch's Castle compared with 6080 King's Castle

IMHO 6080 is the better of the two sets. Here are my reasons. 6080 is built on a larger baseplate. The two plates in the back of the 6085 are 16x16 while those of 6080 are 16x24 I believe. The castles cover the same area but 6080 has more plate in (...) (23 years ago, 21-Jan-02, to lugnet.reviews)

Re: How to fit large scaled trains on L-gauge

(...) I like this idea and furthermore I like this track a lot better than the one piece design of the 9v/RC line. LEGO bring back the old 4.5/12v tracks! Surely they must be cheaper to produce! (16 years ago, 2-Jun-08, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

11 of these old bricks are just going "sold" on ebay.de. I would post a link to the auction with picture, but it will disappear soon (I could pull the picture URL out of the page source, but I'm guessing this isn't kosher?) Anyways, the lot consists (...)
