| (...) Some of this has come up in various discussions. I'm not sure if all of it has or not. (...) No, centering on a stud isn't necessary. Look at 3001.dat, the 2x4 brick. It is centered on X-Z, not on a stud. The same applies for all other (...) (24 years ago, 9-Jun-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

| | NEEDED: 2x4 BRICKS!
|
| Building a table for the GMLTC is insane. The layout sits atop a 20 brick high wall, which means I literally need 1000's of bricks to build just one 30"x45" table. So I thought what the heck, maybe there is someone out there who has a hundred or so (...) (26 years ago, 20-Mar-99, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

| (...) I'd disagree, sort of. A free-standing 1x2x5 brick is stronger than a stack of 1x2x1 bricks. But a 1x20x5 wall is better when built from 1xnx1 bricks than 1x2x5 bricks. Steve (26 years ago, 22-Feb-99, to lugnet.general)
