| | Re: BrickTopia - Capitalist Pig Reeducation Center
| (...) Thanks - I think that this building takes the cake for using the most number of architectural styles in a single building (modern?, Chinese?, Gothic, Baroque). Although I had a general concept in mind for the overall design, I kept evolving (...) (21 years ago, 11-Feb-04, to lugnet.town, FTX)

| (...) Thanks - I've been building up a lot of HP and adventurers pieces and had nothing to use them on. Finally, I got inspired by the 7419 Chinese Castle to stretch it (to the extreme) vertically, and then add some "modern" elements. (21 years ago, 11-Feb-04, to lugnet.town)

| | Lugola meeting 5/23/04 write up
| First off a special thank you to Jonathan for hosting our meeting on May 23. Paul MArtin the scumbag or Stephen Harper the right-wing extremist. Or you could waste your vote (or (...) (20 years ago, 21-May-04, to lugnet.off-topic.debate)

AFAIK he won't be in Calgary, but it would be cool if he were to visit. :-) (...) It can still be a great non-functioning (...) (24 years ago, 3-Jan-01, to lugnet.org.ca.nalug, lugnet.trains.org)

| Sure, I'm not too happy about the change of greys, though I think in the long run the new greys will prove to be a better color. But I wanted to offer a little reality check here...
