  Solar panels, capacitor
 
In the latest SAH catalog (Fall 2001, rec'd today in Massachusetts), in the Mindstorms section, there are two "new" parts. One is a solar panel, and the other is a capacitor. I know these are former/current Dacta items. The page also says to go to (...) (23 years ago, 13-Sep-01, to lugnet.robotics)

Hi Jonathan, Thanks for the compliments. Unlike a lot of other models of mine, this one could actually be built (except with more "normal" colors). I didn't use any special pieces. To whom it may concern: I was thoroughly disappointed by the lineup of building models made available for LEGO System in 1998 and 1999. Based on what I found out from other Lego fans on the Internet, The LEGO Group (TLG) released models with less (...) (25 years ago, 22-Sep-99, to lugnet.dear-lego)

Hmmm, am I alone in thinking that there are some really great new sets coming out this year? I just spent a little while checking out Jengo Fett's Slave I on at (URL) and I'm really impressed!   What happened to the green convex 2x2's?
 
Was there a change in the production of set #7000? I was going through the Holiday S@H catalog looking for a cheap set that would come with green sloped bricks, the 45 degree type. Hi everybody. Does anyone downloaded the new SDK 2.0 for RIS2.0? When i try to download the zip file, everything seems to work, but when i launch the EXE inside i get an error message "Corrupt Cabinet file" The download address is: (URL) in advance. (...)
