Hi Jake. I did exactly this -- unfortunately, the process still needs some
adjustment. Here's the e-mail I sent:

I received two copies of K10001 (10001, 10002) this week (order #
P571801200043).
I'd like to get the Metroliner replacement parts (two copies), and the
Club Car instruction sheet (one copy).

imperfect or lost part or instruction booklet. Please click here to
fill out a parts request form. We will send your parts just as soon as
possible. Please note that for replacements (lost or broken pieces
through use) we may have to make substitutions or limit the number of
parts we ship to you, depending on inventory limitations. A nominal fee
may be assessed for shipping and handling charges. You may also wish to
check the bulk parts packages we now offer on our web site at

all. If my e-mail was insufficient, please let us all know exactly what we
need to write, and to whom, in order to get in the queue to receive the
