All,
I just received some information regarding the Metroliner replacement parts
and Club Car instruction sheet. I know there has been some confusion this
week about how to get these items.
We are currently shipping the replacement parts and the instruction sheets
to the US from Denmark. They should arrive sometime between Friday, October
19 and Monday, October 22.
If you need either one of these two items, there are two easy ways to obtain
them:
Easy Way:
Wait until after Friday, October 19 and call Consumer Affairs and ask for
either the Metroliner replacement parts or the Club Car instruction sheet.
Super Slick, Fast and Easy Way:
Drop an email to consumer.services.americas@lego.com any time with the
following info:
- Your name
- Your mailing address
- Whether you need the Metroliner replacement parts or the Club Car
instruction sheet.
and as soon as the parts come in, they will automatically ship them off to
you! (See...fast and slick!)
I apologize that there has been some confusion this week regarding the
replacement parts. All Shop At Home and Consumer Affairs reps are fully up
to speed now.

| Jake, The Super Slick email route doesn't seem to work. I emailed the day you posted this post (10-12), and got a letter from "Susan Williams" in the mail about 2 weeks ago basically saying thanks for my interest, I could call if I needed any parts. (...)
