I was looking on Dejanews/RTL for info on old M-Tron sets and I came across a discussion on the fact there's two instruction booklets for this set. Finally I got round to checking my instructions (thanks Scott :O) against the ones on Brickshelf and (...) (26 years ago, 26-Jan-00, to lugnet.space)

I put in some debug code to catch rotations which skip a state (transitions like 3->1 or 0->2) which the legOS table `diff2change' currently translates to 0 steps (because we can't be sure whether that was 2 steps forward or 2 steps back). Hi Rossz (...) Yes, I downloaded the legOS.srec on top of the existing Lego firmware and some programs. When you download the legOS firmware will anything currently in RAM be deleted? In my rush to get the package released I made "one more insignificant change". This resulted in a bad path setting being placed in the autoexec.bat file. I have just finished the BayLTC logo to the best of my ability. I have made it in both a windows metafile, which will retain its sharpness regardless of the size it is printed, which is excellent for banners, and a gif for easy viewing. It can be (...) I built a flat-bed car which used 2 of the newer style rounded Technic beams to connect to the bogie plate. Seems to work pretty good. Just the right thickness for the stud on the bogie plate. Tim Strutt 8^) (...) (26 years ago, 26-Jan-00, to lugnet.trains)

Out here in CA the TRU's seem to fairly well stocked although I've yet to chance upon a Slave-1. The B-Wing has good parts but I think the model is a little flimsy and should been R&D'd a bit more. I think the Arctic sets are REALLY Juniorized (...) (26 years ago, 26-Jan-00, to lugnet.general)
