I managed to find one, and since I have plenty of white 6-wide boat bows I needed
some black ones...not to mention that great grey porthole piece (that I always
need more of)! An excellent set, and it comes with a barrage balloon for my navy
yard.

My nearby WM has about 15 of these. I'm watching them--last time they clearanced
a promo pack like this, I got 5 for $10 each--worked out to less than 2/3 of a
cent per piece.

We have Solo Subs and Treasure Transports at $1 and $2 each. Lots of them, too.
I also managed to find more Oasis Ambushes at a Wal-Mart nearby--at $3 each, a
steal!

I think it's up to the individual store after this price point. At least it
always varied in my experience. My "grrrRR!" of the day? My local sweet-Walmart
has three Sting Ray Stormers, still listed at $69.97 each. Argh!
