  Mindstorms and other sets

I just figured i would offer to any of you that are not able to find a target near you that has mindstorms (i myself unfortunatly dont have any near me). I can offer the Mindstorms 1.5 for $160.00. Also you can get may other lego sets, including (...) (26 years ago, 25-Jan-00, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

  Re: funny ebay auction

(...) c /not the funny/not the funniest/ as it's certainly ridiculous to pay over 5 bucks for that many 1x2s (after you factor in the cost of a stamp to mail your check)... (...) That IS amusing, though. (26 years ago, 25-Jan-00, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Where to find 8880 & 8448

I never was able to find 8448 on TRU's website. I just got mine at the local TRU. For several months, I've been looking in the normal Lego section, to no avail. It turned out that they had put it with the Mindstorms in the software area, presumably (...) (26 years ago, 25-Jan-00, to lugnet.technic)

Re: Who oversees the rec.toys.LEGO newsgroup?

(...) You certainly are more optimistic than me. I think respect is something that has to be earned, either by actions or attitude or both. In my industry, and even within my company I come across a lot of people who are less than competent to (...) (26 years ago, 25-Jan-00, to lugnet.general)

  Re: WB store sale

(...) Sure they can. Just about every online store (and heck, maybe brick and mortar ones too) have some wording someplace that goes something like, "your order is really just an offer to purchase at the stated price and we are not obligated to sell (...)   Re: WalMart, Clearance, Privacy

(...) When asked for a zip code, I usually give them a zip code that is obviously a lie - such as 90210 (as in Beverly Hills 90210). That generally pisses off the cashier, but I have never been accused of lying when I've used it (in Iowa and (...) (26 years ago, 25-Jan-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Primitives to Hi-Res or not...

Ok, Can some one tell me where we are heading with these Hi-Res primitives. Today I created the Hi-Res versions of several of the "normal" primitives. Then I edited the main "normal" ones to use the Hi-Res instead. WOW! There was about a 10-20% (...) (26 years ago, 25-Jan-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Re: QC

I am using QC and have noticed that some of the demo programs do not detect the buttons, thus pressing the stop or run button do not work. The programs that use do { ...... }while(!keypress) will stop when one of the four buttons are pressed. I (...) (26 years ago, 25-Jan-00, to lugnet.robotics)

Re: Pirates - 8 Pirate Boats anyone interested in splitting?

Are these Scott's own devising or are these from some set (I am not a pirate expert...)? Scott, if the former, why all in one lot? This seems prime territory for a small kit with LDrawn instructions, etc, sold in lot size of one, 8 lots... (...) (26 years ago, 25-Jan-00, to lugnet.market.auction)
