  Non FOTW

I finally broke down and bought a Wal-Mart copy of the LEGO Island game. Can't run it on my Mac (yet), but I really wanted to get the Infomaniac, and I will be able to use the game or give it as a gift...someday. But when I opened it, NO MINIFIG! (...) (27 years ago, 29-Oct-98, to lugnet.general)

  Re: New Website

(...) VERY nice, Sean! I like the setup of an imaginary city...much as I always admired Susan's. The mall link takes you to the DUSA Center, though, for some reason. Keep up the good work! Rob (27 years ago, 29-Oct-98, to lugnet.build, lugnet.publish)

(...) Is it the SAME? I think it has a yellow background this time. (...) Are BT I and BT II the same? Are their logos? I don't think they are in either case. What about SP I and SP II ?? (27 years ago, 6-Nov-98, to lugnet.general)

Re: > Can anyone recommend a mailing list for all lego robot enthusiasts?

Hi I am of the same opinion - living in Australia, Mindstorms will not be available till 1999 sometime - I have built a Home Brew Lego Robot that is driven by the Paralell Port on a PC. I too would like to see other Lego Robot type stuff apart from (...) (27 years ago, 6-Nov-98, to lugnet.robotics)

Makro LEGO Offer (and TRU Basic Offer)

Apparently according to the latest Makro Mail you can buy 2 sets and save 10%, another poor offer I suppose. If they sold Mindstorms it could be good, the biggest set I have seen in there is the 6907 Inestoids set. Another offer is £2 off Lego Basic (...) (27 years ago, 6-Nov-98, to lugnet.loc.uk)
