I think it means "My Own Creation", at least that is what I assume.
I am sure there is a FAQ - I just can't remember the URL... Any one

I finnaly broke down and ordered 2 #5116 and 2 #5117 parts packs from
Shop @ Home and built the "traditional" style pump of Michael Powell's

Really nice design by the way...
It works really well, and when you combine it with a compressor switch -
you have your own self contained Compress systems - It is great for saving
a motor output with Mindstorms....
