Note that most of the motorized compressors I've seen on the web do not use the large pump that comes with the explorer sub, they use the smaller things. Somewhere there is a web site that describes using an RCX to measure the efficiency of 3 (...) (25 years ago, 17-Jan-00, to lugnet.technic)

Mine --- er, "my daughter's" (it was her birthday gift after all :-), stands just fine, with the heel pointing down. In fact, with the heel flat, he would probably topple backward. I think it would be a bit much to trade for - a person would have to add a TON of bricks, pushing the shipping costs for the box skyhigh, or add a complete set or 2.
