  RE: Motor output multiplexing

I have built two prototypes of an output demux. I take the three outputs as BCD, run each through a diode bridge, filter cap, and current limiting resistor to tickle the base of an NPN transistor. Use the output of the three transistors to drive a (...) (25 years ago, 7-Jan-00, to lugnet.robotics)

[WTB] - Grey parts pack (er, ah.. Sith infiltrator) in bulk

I just got back from a business trip to Detroit and I hit a number of Targets. I was happy to see the level of interest by the GP in our fair brick. Wish I had more of those Lugnet cards to hand out but I did maybe get us some new readers. I got a (...) (25 years ago, 7-Jan-00, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

Re: Do you build sets you buy for parts?

(...) I'm not sure. There seem to be quite a few people who do both, also. I'm a "sets are parts packs for my MOCs" kinda guy, though. I think the only sets that are staying assembled right now on my shelf are 6067 Guarded Inn, 928 Galaxy Explorer, (...) (25 years ago, 7-Jan-00, to lugnet.general)

Re: Do you build sets you buy for parts?

Out of curiosity, am I one of the few who buy the sets for the sets. I don't typically build to many MOCs, and if I do it is from an old carrying case full of misc. pieces. Also, I store all my sets in their original boxes with instructions. Am I in (...) (25 years ago, 7-Jan-00, to lugnet.general)

Review - 8002 - Star Wars Destroyer Droid

Hi! I thought I'd share my experience with the newest of the Star Wars sets. I had a hard time finding one of these in San Jose, CA. On Wednesday, I tried 2 WalMarts & several TRU's but got lucky by asking a lady at a Target if they had any in back (...) (25 years ago, 7-Jan-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: 8448 Login Help

The LT8448 password is correct, but due to a scripting flaw on the web page, pressing enter in the password field on certain browsers just brings you the same page again. Instead, try clicking the ENTER next to the password field. That worked for (...) (25 years ago, 7-Jan-00, to lugnet.technic)

  What a bunch of minifigs

So do the Star Wars playthemes (see next paragraph) hold a record for the most unique figures introduced in a one-year period?   Re: awfully quiet here.
