  Re: NQC wishlist

Just the other night I was readying some NQC for distribution and I had: #define FOO_SENSOR SENSOR_2 and what I wanted to do was (beyond the user configurable part): #define DISPLAY_FOO DISPLAY_ ## FOO_SENSOR so I (...)   Re: Scale?

  Changed Days

Yesterday, I had quite a haul of Lego Technic. Amongst the pile (15-20 sets) , there were two sets which I hardly even paid attention to. I year or so ago I would have been very happy to even get a glimpse of one of them, now I found myself (...) (25 years ago, 6-Jan-00, to lugnet.loc.uk, lugnet.market.theory)

FS: R2D2 decorative pieces from Droid Dev Kit?

I got a DDK for parts, but I don't care about the R2D2-specific pieces. Would anyone be interested in buying the special head/body/foot parts from this kit? This would be the head, some arm-ish ball&socket pieces, gray wheels, blue trim, and some (...) (25 years ago, 6-Jan-00, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

  Re: Lighting Up Legoville.

Hi Zack, Try using the 12V lighting brick from train sets, 7861 contained 4 light bricks. That's what I've used to light up my setup. I connected them to a lego 12V transformer although my trains run on 9V. Mark H. (...) (25 years ago, 6-Jan-00, to lugnet.general)

  getting started making pieces

A naive question perhaps, but I can't find the answer anywhere... I want to try my hand at making parts for ldraw, specifically I want to make minifig faces and torsos that haven't been done yet. What program(s) do you wizard-types use to make the (...) (25 years ago, 6-Jan-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

(...) Is this the Mos Espa Podrace set with the three podracers ? If so, is there anyone who would get one for me and send it to Germany ? I´d pay cash in advance. Thanks, Ralph Doering (25 years ago, 6-Jan-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

(...) :-O Where do you live? What state, what city? Our company will be offering relocation in a few months. Might as well live somewhere where Lego is cheap ;) Seriously! Dan (25 years ago, 6-Jan-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: Scale?

(...) Hey, a minifig is shaped *quite* unlike a human being. You have to pick one minifig body dimension, and use it as the basis for your scale. Height, being the longest measure on the minifig, would seem to be the obvious choice. You're right, (...) (25 years ago, 6-Jan-00, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.general)

  Target second round of reductions

You may want to check Target again ASAP because it looks like they've reduced what's left of their clearance toys even more.
