Re: Another way to market Lego Bricks

(...) Ditto. It's a fine line between pyramid structure and pyramid scheme, and it's very easy for an individual marketter(sp?) to cross, even in a legit structure. James (URL) (25 years ago, 6-Jan-00, to lugnet.dear-lego)

  Re: Legofest 22 gennaio 2000

(25 years ago, 6-Jan-00, to lugnet.loc.it)

Re: Another way to market Lego Bricks

I can see it now. Get enough people under you and get a mini van in your favorite lego color. No thanks. (...) Pampered (...) (25 years ago, 6-Jan-00, to lugnet.dear-lego)

Re: Another way to market Lego Bricks

(...) I, for one, would not be too keen on this idea. For one thing, why would people bother with MLM's when they can buy directly from Lego Direct? The only way would be to not allow people to buy directly from LEGO, but rather, only through their (...) (25 years ago, 6-Jan-00, to lugnet.dear-lego)

Re: Thoughts on 8448 (compared to 8880)

I do one of two things with my sets: A) If it was an interesting model that I'd like to build again, I put it back in its own box. In this case, I hardly ever go back to it for individual parts - perhaps I pull out a few unique parts (leaving a note (...) (25 years ago, 6-Jan-00, to lugnet.technic)

  Legofest 22 gennaio 2000

(25 years ago, 6-Jan-00, to lugnet.loc.it)

  Re: NQC wishlist

(...) If I were to implement it, I probably wouldn't add a second pass. The real obstacle at present is that the literal text for a token cannot always be recovered after it leaves the lexer. For example, '01' and '1' both leave the lexer as an (...) (25 years ago, 6-Jan-00, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc)

  Re: Bubbles in Lightsabers

(...) My Desert Skiff lightsaber also had a bubble, but not my one for Darth Vader and only did in my Sith Infiltrator. I have noticed too before. I believe it is in the way they make the piece or something. I have noticed it's not too prominent in (...) (25 years ago, 6-Jan-00, to lugnet.starwars)

Another take on the dacta castle set

I have re-thought my angle aof using up the moulds. It is more that, having spent the money on the moulds, TLG needs to get their moneys worth in parts if they can. Look at time crusers, that has lots of parts from all different themes. -- Jonathan (...) (25 years ago, 5-Jan-00, to lugnet.castle)

Re: ho trovato un miniera di LEGO... (Aggiornamento)

(...) Grande! (...) (25 years ago, 6-Jan-00, to lugnet.loc.it)

  Re: Bubbles in Lightsabers

(...) I also found bubbles in all of the lightsabers I got with my 7110 Landspeeder, 7130 Snowspeeder, and 7140 X-Wing Fighter. All of the early-vintage transparent antennae I have (15 or so, in red, blue and yeller) all have bubbles as well. It (...) (25 years ago, 6-Jan-00, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Service Catalog gone from lego.com

(...) Wow, I have more black or red macaronis than Gary! That should be a claim to fame ;-) Of course, the 10 red and 26 black in each of the [um, over 10] 5571s I have are 99% of mine, but still... ;-) I'd kill for a few of those yellow ones, (...) (25 years ago, 5-Jan-00, to lugnet.general)

Re: "Town Junior" an official product category?
