  Re: Dan Strikes Again...

(...) Wow! Great job on the Big Boy. The improvements look great. You have got to post some more photos showing better closeups of this great new design. Have you switched the two smaller leading truck wheels with standard size train wheels? It's (...) (25 years ago, 31-Dec-99, to lugnet.trains)

Re: More January 2000 S@H Catalog Observations... Boo-Boo?

(...) I don't know if this has been mentioned, but on page 8 there's a 4x8 brick that's missing two corners (the kind used in the roof for the police station) just sitting right behind the "30" sign in the back of the picture for 6464 Super Rescue (...)   Re: FA: $4000!!! (Tiles)

Tamy is correct-- there is something goofy going on. I took down my Big Buck auction because the start date won't set for today, but on the closing date, thus the bot thinks the auction is over. Maybe I could run it here. Anyone want to make an (...) (25 years ago, 31-Dec-99, to lugnet.market.auction)

  Re: January 2000 Catalog...

(...) Yeah, these aren't the only sets that have gone up; Train accesories have gone up, and some belville sets too. The new sets also seem much more costly on price per piece value. -Shiri (25 years ago, 31-Dec-99, to lugnet.town)

Re: Brad: A way for almost ANY piece to be sold...

(...) Sounds interesting. Gotta pay 'em more than minimum wage, though, especially in CT. I doubt many kids would even work for that. (25 years ago, 31-Dec-99, to lugnet.dear-lego)

  Re: FA: $4000!!! (Tiles)

(...) Ah, but as *one* lot-- how many were there in AucVI? (bragging rights on the line;) (...) None taken;) BTW Todd, that file you had sent me was *125* megs, not 30 something as I had thought! -John (25 years ago, 31-Dec-99, to lugnet.market.auction)

  Re: Future Wild West Possibilities

(...) Sure it was. It was a war a long time in coming and the slavery issue that was the match that sparked the fire. It was also a war about states rights ETC. but my point was that if you dont put slaves in the sets TLC will have trouble, and if (...) (25 years ago, 31-Dec-99, to lugnet.western)

  Re: My View of 6479

(...) Yeah, I did forget the 6x24 - they are great pieces, but I forgot them while looking - being the base of the whole building. I'm not sure what you mean by grey wingy thing - but I think you're referring to the "dock pieces" that were on the (...) (25 years ago, 31-Dec-99, to lugnet.reviews)
