  Re: The updated PARTS.LST online?

(...) Sounds like a good idea. Would /download/updates/ be appropriate for this? And does anyone have a non-butchered current parts.lst (unlike mine) they'd send for this? I'll get it up at least by Thursday, when I update the MOTM voting. -Tim (...) (25 years ago, 20-Dec-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Leo's castle-- number mix up?

An oddity- I was putting away my instructions for my new 2000 sets when I noticed something VERY bizarre! I usually put my instructions in order, so I was putting my Leo's Castle instructions away-- and thinking all this time that it was 6091, I got (...) (25 years ago, 20-Dec-99, to lugnet.castle)

Bones Dragon <necrobones.nospam@i...bones.com> wrote in message news:Fn1nnC.2pG@lugnet.com... (...) It's based on the X-wing and Y-wing, which are considered quite close to scale with the height of a minifig. -John Van (25 years ago, 20-Dec-99, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Enough already

I said what I said, and I stand by it. The fellow (I have not gone back to look up who it was) who took the tack of "Oh, yeah!?! PROVE it!" came across to me as a moron. I do not say that he is one (although I admit that this is a very small (...) (25 years ago, 20-Dec-99, to lugnet.dear-lego, lugnet.admin.general)

  Re: Quick 4565 Q

(...) NO! Thank all lego saints it does not come like the 4560 et al. It predates 4560/1 by quite a while (3 years) and is much better of a set. James Powell (25 years ago, 20-Dec-99, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: Olive Lego?

(...) Hence the name I gave it: "Puke Green". ;) Jeff P.S. I have some pieces in this color, and while it isn't horrible, I wouldn't want to have a car or building in this color. :) (25 years ago, 20-Dec-99, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Availability of new castle?

(...) However, I do believe that the new castle sets are the first to feature printing on the *waist*! They actually have the belt buckle printed where it's SUPPOSED to be now.... Which means unfortunately if you put a new waist together with an old (...) (25 years ago, 20-Dec-99, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.general)

  Re: 2000 sets

(...) What is the scale based on? Height or Width of a minifig? Minifigs clearly don't have human proportions, so you'll get drastically different numbers depending on which you use. (in some cases, width may be the more limiting factor, such as in (...) (25 years ago, 20-Dec-99, to lugnet.starwars)

(...) Hmmmm...could be...I see a conspiracy developing...Brad Justus... Brad "Just Us" (as in, "just us playing around...")   Re: 2000 sets

(...) Yup, see this thread: < (URL) > (read the *entire* thing to get the whole picture) The A-Wing is about 5 studs too short and the B-Wing is about 10 studs too short. Jeff (25 years ago, 20-Dec-99, to lugnet.general, lugnet.starwars)
